The Expo will give a 10' X 6' table top "booth" space to any participating RBA business, where they can sell their wares and exchange information with fellow businesses and consumers alike. The Expo is open to the public and has free admission. 75 booths are expected to be filled. Throughout the day, exhibitors will be offering giveaways and samples.
The expo is one of the RBA and county's premier business to business marketplaces, RBA Vice President JoanNeumann said. "It's one-stop shopping and networking for suppliers, services and new products for your business. Anyone visiting the Expo will have a first-hand look at some of the newest products available locally," said Neumann, who helps coordinate all RBA events.
"For many businesses the Expo Boutique is a great marketing and publicity event, it can help get a company's name out. It's a who's who of Rockland businesses," RBA CEO and President Al Samuels said.
Linda O'Donnell Tallman of Linda's Chocolates in West Nyack says she will be selling items but mostly handing out a lot of samples at the expo boutique. "There aren't many opportunities like this," she said, noting she also participates in a holiday boutique at a local hospital.

"I am really excited, this is my first chance to sample my chocolates to the RBA membership on a large scale," said Tallman, a new member who has been a regular at RBA networking breakfasts.
Before ribbons are cut at 1pm, the RBA's general membership luncheon will take place at 11:30. At 5:30 a cocktail party in the exhibit area will be held. Confirmed event sponsors include The Journal News/Rockland Business World, The Bank of New York, Hudson Valley DataNet, Good Samaritan Hospital, Gevity and RJ Staffing (lunch sponsor).
There will be free parking at the Holiday Inn.
