George Pataki’s next political move will be discussed by Gannett Albany Bureau Chief and Journal News columnist Jay Gallagher at the RBA’s February General Membership Luncheon. The luncheon is taking place Thursday, February 16 from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Suffern Holiday Inn & Conference Center.
Gallagher, who also authored the book, New York: A State in Decline, will be giving a talk called "George Pataki: The Final Act?" Gallagher will offer "insider" insight into the future of Pataki’s political career. At 60 years old, Pataki is still in the prime of his political career and is seen as weighing whether he should make a run at the presidency, the vice presidency or another political office.
"Jay Gallagher is well qualified to speculate on what the governor’s next move might be. As always, I am very interested in hearing his thoughts," RBA CEO and President Al Samuels said of Gallagher, a regular speaker at RBA events.
