"This is an excellent opportunity for American firms with interests in importing or exporting goods," said Janet Looby, manager of member relations for the New York State Business Council. The New York State Small Business Development Center is co-hosting the conference with the Empire State Development Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Commercial Service, and the Capital Region World Trade Center.
