Rockland Business Association Seeks Nominees for Pinnacle Award
The Rockland Business Association is accepting nominations for its 5th annual Pinnacle Awards, honoring the Best of the Best in Rockland Business.
Launched in 2004, the RBA annually recognizes RBA members who have
achieved excellence. All current members of the RBA are eligible. Designed to celebrate companies and/or individuals from across Rockland’s diverse business landscape, the Pinnacle Awards is comprised of six different categories.
These awards are chosen by the Chairman and President/CEO, respectively:
- Chairman’s Award for Overall Business Excellence
- President’s Award for Service to Rockland Business Association
Members nominate the following:
- Corporate Citizenship Award -
Through philanthropy or community service, a company that has exhibited a strong commitment to Rockland County.
- Women’s Forum Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Woman-Owned Business -
Nominees must have exhibited a track record of superlative business performance and growth.
- Manufacturer’s Award for Business Excellence -
An organization in the manufacturing industry that has demonstrated business stability and growth.
- Outstanding Achievement by a Non-Profit Organization -
The nominees must consistently deliver exceptional service to its constituents. Nominees must be 501c3 entities.
Members must complete a nomination form along with a one-page synopsis of the nominee’s accomplishments and efforts. The nomination package can include a reasonable amount of supporting materials (e.g. testimonials, news clippings, etc.) to provide a view of the nominee’s efforts. Self-nominations are not accepted.
Pinnacle award winners are honored at an Awards Dinner taking place on April 9, 2008 at the Park Ridge Marriott in Park Ridge, New Jersey. All RBA members are invited to attend the dinner and corporate tables are available. Active International has been the Presenting Sponsor of this event since its inception.
