The International Division of Empire State Development is hosting a Procurement Seminar on Doing Business with the United Nations. The event will be held: July 13, 2010 The UN procures an estimated $9.6 billion per year. This seminar will teach NYS companies how to bid on UN procurement offerings. This is the first time that any state in the US has held such an event and will be conducted by UN procurement personnel. Seating for this event is limited and only New York companies will be admitted. Companies that attend will also be qualified and registered on site by the UN personnel to be able to do business with the UN. Companies can register via the ESD international web site
